Need to file a grievance? Click the Grievance Form button and fill in the information, and follow the directions on the form. Once you have done so, PSTA's grievance committee will receive and review the grievance. This form is for bargaining unit member use only.
Please note that according to Article 15 of our Collective Bargaining Agreement:
A grievance shall mean a written complaint by an employee covered hereby or by the Association that there has been an alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of a provision of this [Collective Bargaining] Agreement.
